Every year when the north wind blows and the cool autumn air sets in, inevitably the thoughts come to you about “well its cold season…hope I don’t get sick” and of course the good old news reporters come on and say, “the flu is going around…wash your hands and keep your hands out of your mouth”.
All of this, from the thoughts, adds, and news is a scare tactic from the enemy. Listen if you are a born again believer, then you are exempt from this! You have been REDEEMED from the cruse of sickness and disease brought on by sin and death, which by the way Jesus defeated royally and made an open display of.
Next time someone says, “oh boy, the flu is going around, hope I don’t get sick” say, “yep, its going around alright, right around me!” Start confessing today, “I am redeemed from the curse of the law according to Galatians 3:13, and in 1 Peter 2:24 Jesus took stripes on His back so that I could be made whole! I receive my healing now and I refuse to be sick. I will walk in the divine life that Jesus purchased for me, and my body is filled with the power that raise Christ from the dead and it quickens me and make me alive” This is your new flue shot, its the called the Word of God and its working in you mightily and producing life and health.
When you talk like this some will shrink back and look at you like you have lost it, but don’t worry, you can be the one to go over and pray the prayer of faith for them and raise them up. This is living the life of truth and victory!
